Upgrading/Downgrading Plans: You have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time directly from your Account Settings. Changes will be applied at the start of your next billing cycle unless you choose to upgrade immediately, in which case the price difference will be prorated accordingly.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Annual billing provides cost savings compared to monthly payments. Your renewal date will be displayed in your Billing Section.
Invoices & Receipts: All invoices and receipts can be accessed and downloaded at any time from the Billing Section within your account. If you need any additional billing documentation, please contact support@revhere.com for assistance.
